Michael is the facility manager for the Fincoord and Tectus Group's offices in multiple locations. He is in charge of maintenance and logistics as well as administrative and coordinating functions with the leadership team. Among these are his roles supporting construction, engagement of maintenance staff, first aid, photography and inventory management working in close collaboration with management and as right hand of Claudia Valsangiacomo.

Michael was born in Denmark and moved to Switzerland in 1991, joining Fincoord in 1997.  Michael speaks English, German, Danish and Norwegian.
